Data protection legislation (GDPR) allows KLLHMS to hold and process the information that you
give us. This is in the legitimate interests of operating the society and enables us to communicate
with you. This may include your name, address, telephone/mobile number and email details.

The personal information that you provide is kept electronically and password protected. It can only
be accessed by the Membership Secretary and members of the Council, where appropriate, for the
purposes described below.

How Long We Retain Personal Information

We retain personal information for 12 months after the end of the membership year (31 March) in
which membership was cancelled.
